Voting Workshop

What: Attend a free workshop offered by the Wisconsin Disability Vote Coalition (WDVC).
When: Tuesday, October 14, 2008 from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Where: Dane County Job Center Ballroom, 1819 Aberg Avenue, Madison
Who should attend: Consumers, providers, direct support workers, agency staff, self-advocates, parents, guardians and others interested in election issues.

- Learn about guardianship issues, absentee voting and other voting rights issues of special interest to the disabilities community
- Learn about get-out-the-vote ideas for getting more people to the polls.
- Get a hands-on demonstration of the Electronic Voting Machines in use in Dane County.
