Special Education Public Forum

The State Superintendent's Council on Special Education will be holding a public forum to gather comment on matters related to special education in Wisconsin.  Information obtained will be used by the Council in advising the Department of Public Instruction on matters affecting the education of Wisconsin's children and youth with disabilities.

This public forum will be held Monday evening, November 17, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Madison Marriott West, Salon D, 1313 John Q.
Hammons Drive, Middleton, Wisconsin; 608/831-2000.

It would be helpful to understand what will be done with the testimony.  I sent a letter to a similar forum up North in May and have not heard any response.  Can someone tell me exactly what the plan is?
